Blue Skies started in 2011, with a group of committed volunteer activists in Missoula. Within a year, we organized the largest climate-related civil disobedience in Montana history, contributing to the birth of a new kind of climate movement in this state. Today, we continue to run campaigns and build a movement to protect communities across Montana from coal export pollution.
